Hey y’all, I’m Kasi Willingham—a wife to a cowboy, a homeschool mama to three, and a lover of life on our farm in Texas.

Health and wellness have always been a part of my life. As a collegiate softball player with a degree in Exercise and Sports Studies, I’ve long been fascinated by the human body and how it functions. I thought I had a solid understanding of what it meant to achieve "good health"—until I didn’t.

Despite doing all the “right things,” I found myself struggling with extreme fatigue, digestive issues, a sluggish thyroid, low energy, and persistent skin problems. After countless trips to doctors who assured me my labs were "normal," I knew something was missing. That frustration sparked my journey to uncover the why behind these symptoms, and it’s what fuels my passion today.

Through this process, I learned to heal and nourish my body in a more holistic and sustainable way. Over time, the symptoms that had once held me back began to fade.

As a busy woman with a full life, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate conflicting advice and figure out how to create sustainable, realistic change. My goal is to walk alongside you—to guide and support you in making simple shifts that take you out of survival mode and into a life where you feel energized, present, and able to thrive.

Together, we’ll focus on practical, meaningful changes that deliver lasting results, so you can enjoy your life to the fullest.
